Frequently asked questions
What's required to move in?+
A completed application, a short phone screening, and the first month's rent. Most residents move in within 48 hours.
Do you accept MAT?+
Yes. We welcome residents using prescribed medication-assisted treatment.
Is there a minimum stay?+
We recommend 90 days, but there's no long-term lease. Rent is paid monthly.
Can I work or go to school?+
Absolutely — we encourage it. Most residents are working or in school by Phase 2.
